Dr. Hinduja possesses a wealth of diversified high level experience in the fields of Oil & Gas Reservoir Development, Water-flooding, and Enhanced Oil Recovery Systems. He is an expert in Reservoir Engineering and Reserves Evaluation of Oil & Gas Fields.
During his tenure at ExxonMobil Dr. Hinduja worked in various increasingly responsible positions in Texas, Louisiana, California, and in Alaska. Over this period he conducted extensive Reservoir Simulation and Development analysis to design the Waterflood as well as overall Reservoir Development of the Prudhoe Bay Field.
At Alaska operations for ExxonMobil Dr. Hinduja was a key member of the Prudhoe Bay Equity Team that went on to successfully negotiate 1.6% extra equity for the Prudhoe Bay Oil Field - an increase in value for Exxon worth well over two billion dollars.
Later while serving at ConocoPhillips Dr. Hinduja held the position of Reserves Coordinator, and was a key negotiator for sale of the Huntington Beach Oil Field to Shell Oil. He managed Thermal Recovery Projects and Water Reinjection at the Huntington Beach Field.
At Kelt Energy Dr. Hinduja was a key Executive responsible for Acquisitions which resulted in the phenomenal growth of the company through aggressive acquisitions culminating in a reverse merger in the London Stock Exchange, subsequently acquiring Carless PLC in a hostile leveraged buyout (a $300 million transaction).
Dr. Hinduja holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Rice University in Houston, Texas, as well as an MBA from Pepperdine Graduate School of Business, and his undergraduate engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
